Kerry Battershell

Kerry battershell, a resident of Akron, Ohio, has joined the Sunday Creek Horizons team as a fellow. Kerry graduated from the University of Mount Union in 2020 with a bachelors of arts degree in History, and is currently completing his Masters of Applied Politics degree at the University of Akron. During Kerry's time at the University of Mount Union, he was a brother of the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity where he served as the Community Service Chairman. Before joining Sunday Creek Horizons, Kerry has worked with the Stark County Community Action agency on their Summer Youth Employment Program where they helped underserved students gain a work opportunity and better understanding of future career opportunities. Kerry's goals are to help empower underserved communities and people.
