Piper Halliday

Piper  Halliday, a lifelong resident of Washington County, Ohio, has recently  joined the Sunday Creek Horizons team as a Project Associate. Piper is a  senior at Ohio State University double majoring in Political Science  and French.  Through Ohio State, Piper is a member of the Exchange  Partner Program and the Global Engagement Program.  She herself went on a  semester exchange at Sciences Po in Reims, France.  Here, she was a  student ambassador for the city and was able to immerse herself in  French and European cultures through her studies and travels.

Before  joining Sunday Creek Horizons, Piper worked as a government affairs  intern at Shumaker Advisors, a lobbying firm in Columbus.  She is  excited to work for a group focused on Appalachian Ohio and make a  positive impact on the lives of the people in the region.
