Steph Oswald

Steph Oswald joins our team with just over 8 years of design knowledge and experience. She started her passion for design in high school when she took a Visual Communications vocational class her junior and senior year. After graduating, she attended Ohio University studying Interactive Multimedia Design and learned about the world of user experience design and front end web development. During this time, she worked with Community Food Initiatives as a work-study employee beginning her design career working for Athens, OH residents. Steph moved back to her hometown in Cuyahoga County and began working in public libraries as a Graphic Design & Publication Specialist. During her years working in libraries she learned about what it means to design for communities with an array of demographics and accessibility needs. Her time and efforts in the area gained her the opportunity to be nominated as a finalist for a Rising Star Award with the Northeast Ohio Regional Library System. Since 2020, Steph has worked with us as a freelance employee of Sunday Creek Horizons working on various print and web design projects for Southeast Ohio. We brought Steph on as a full-time employee in late 2022.

Steph currently lives in Columbus with her partner, Chase, and two cats.
