We structured the summit to move from big-picture strategy into focused working sessions on manufacturing, markets, and commercialization—guiding participants toward coordinated next steps. Through plenaries, breakout tracks, and facilitated networking, the experience was designed to drive alignment and execution.

In partnership with the Scioto Valley Piketon Area Council of Governments, we designed and facilitated a regional strategy session to bring together communities across Pike County around the redevelopment of the Portsmouth Site into the PORTS Technology Campus.
